RETURN - CHANGE POLICY

It is very important for us to be completely satisfied with the quality of our products and with your purchase. Every remark makes us better. So in our effort to meet the expectations of our customers in the products they choose from corfusandals.com, we offer the possibility of change in all products. You have the right to return-change the products you bought and replace them with a size or any other product code you wish, within 10 days from the date you receive them. Shipping changes are made immediately by us if the product is not in shortage.

In case of shortage, you can do one of the following:

*choose another product 

*expect the corresponding period of time for the replenishment of the stock, if the technical conditions are met (availability of raw materials, staff licenses, etc.)

Shipping costs (if any) can be refunded only the value of the products. Returns are accepted if the product is in its original packaging, in excellent condition and is accompanied by the card of the manufacturer as well as with the accompanying documents (receipt and shipping note). In case of change you should send us an e-mail at [email protected] or a call at 2661037768 to let us know about the return - change to which you want proceed, and then follow the instructions we will give you for the return-replacement process. The minimum cost of this procedure (return and replacement) is 4.90€ (within Greece). For returns from abroad the return costs are borne by the person making the return. The returned products should be sent to the address: FILELLINON 3-Corfu.

ATTENTION: returns made without informing the store will not be accepted. Returns will only be accepted by the cooperating courier Geniki Taxydromiki.

REFUND

If you wish a refund, you will return the parcel to us in accordance with the above terms and conditions and after a telephone communication with our store, accompanied by the following information: the IBAN of your account, the bank, the name and patronymic of the beneficiary. The refund will be made within 7-10 days from the date of receipt of your refund and the amount of money related to the value of the products will be refunded and not possible shipping, cash on delivery or bank charges, which burden the customer.

So in case of refund, 6.00€ are deducted from the deposit that will be made to you for the return of the product. The shipping costs (if any) cannot be returned, except for the value of the products. In case you place an order, it is sent to you and you refuse to receive it at the time of delivery, we reserve the legal right to compensation for breach of the specific distance purchase contract. You will be charged the shipping costs which are 9.80€. The ammount of 4.90€ is for sending the order from us to you and the rest of the ammount 4.90€ is for returning the order from you to us.
